The vision came from eventually learning from books and asking a million questions from other men ahead of time. Then I learned how to disciple men on my own from the word of God. From living with me, bible study, & having 12 young men personally. It led me to see the need across the country. I would travel with a ministry and see men have the same fears, mistakes, and brokenness I had. Thus we have "We As Men".

To equip men to be better sons, brothers, friends, husbands, & fathers. We created this organization to build in communities by small groups and youth programs, coaching men in whatever area of life they may be, and courses provided to train other men to build others. We are heading to community, conferences, and coaching that will rhea millions of men in the next ten years.
